How can I register?

Registration is available on the website only and must be prepaid via credit card. We do not have the ability to take credit cards over the phone.

To register for Camp II you must first call the Service Center to discuss service options for this class. You can call them at 855-253-0421, please specify “Service” at the prompt. They will then provide you a code to plug into your registration online.

*Please remember Camp I is the prerequisite for this class.

 

When and where are classes held?

All classes begin at 8:00AM and end between 4:30-5:00PM. It is a full two days of instruction.

What if all the classes are full? When will new classes be available for registration?

We release the new schedule for the following year on October 1st. If you do not want to wait for the new schedule to launch, we have a waitlist for each date and location. Please call or email with your preferences and we can add you to those lists. We would then give you a call should something open up.

 

Where can I stay overnight during Camp Freightliner?

If you are receiving service at our Service Center, you can stay onsite for up to two nights (any nights). The small space is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis. No reservations are taken. If you have your RV and are not receiving service, we recommend the Spartanburg KOA. We provide a shuttle service to and from class to the KOA.

What can I expect for the Camp Freightliner I two-day class?

Camp Freightliner I is a two-day classroom style course where your RV is not needed. We provide all course materials including a course manual, as well as lunch both days and dinner the first night. Travel partners not participating in the class may also join us for dinner, as we take a head count at lunch.

 

What can I expect for the Camp Freightliner II one-day class?

Camp Freightliner II is a hands-on course that involves doing a service one-on-one with one of our technicians in our service bays. You can call our Service Center directly to ask questions about what services count toward this class as we have a 6hr minimum requirement. We only offer Camp Freightliner II during December and January, our slower months, to avoid disrupting service appointments during the rest of the year. Camp I is a prerequisite for this course.

 

What if I don’t get an email confirmation?

You should receive two email confirmations automatically when you register—one for registration and one for payment. Sometimes since these are automated they go into spam folders. If you have checked your spam folders and do not receive your confirmation emails, please give us a call or email and we can forward those to you for your records.

 

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Two weeks or more prior to class, we can issue a refund back onto your credit card. If you need to cancel less than two weeks in advance, we ask that you reschedule, as we have already ordered catering and course materials. We can reschedule any time leading up to the day of the class.

 

My confirmation says I need my manuals for class?

If you have your maintenance and owners manuals, that’s great! However, they are not necessary. If you don’t currently have your manual but would like to get a copy, you can contact Customer Support for assistance at 800-385-4357.

 

How can I arrange service for during my stay at Camp Freightliner?

Do Camp Freightliner classes include a plant tour?

No. Unfortunately, with a packed class schedule there is no time to visit the plant during your two class days. If you would like a plant tour, you are welcome to visit in the days before or after class. Tours are held Monday-Friday at 10:15. No reservation is required.

 

Why do I need a registration code for the other Camp Freightliner I classes not offered in Gaffney?

Usually these classes are hosted by RV clubs and other RV manufacturers at rallies that require you to be registered as a rally attendee to attend the class as well. This is to ensure their participants get a seat in the course. On the rare occasion we do not fill these classes, we do open them up for the public to attend as well. This would be at the host’s discretion.

 

Will I receive anything in the mail?

We do not send anything in the mail. You will receive your first two automated email confirmations, and we will send a reminder letter via email with more detail closer to class. All other supplies and information will be handed out in class.
